Paper Source will happily accept merchandise* for return in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase will be refunded at the original price paid, in the original form of payment.
- Cash purchases over $100 will be refunded by check and mailed.
- Check purchases will be refunded by check and mailed after a 15-day waiting period.
- Purchases paid with a gift card or store credit will be refunded on a gift card.
- Returns made within 31-90 days of the original purchase will be refunded to a Paper Source Gift Card at the original price paid.
- No returns will be accepted after 90 days of the original purchase.
- Refunds for merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt will be issued in the form of a gift card at the current selling price.
- Paper Source reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.
- Price adjustments will not be honored.

| Classes may be cancelled and refunded by Paper Source if there are 3 or fewer participants

- Refunds for cancellations made by the customer will be issued as follows:
- + 2 weeks prior to the Workshop/Event: Refund in the original form of payment.
- Less than 2 weeks prior: Gift Card Refund for the amount of the Workshop Fee.
- 48 hours or less: No refunds given.
